Return & Exchange Policy

  1. All products sold are not refundable.
  2. Products (except for those mentioned in No. 3) can be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that:
    • You have valid proof of purchase (receipt);
    • The products and packaging are in its original condition attached with its original price tags and labels, untampered, unworn and unwashed including all manuals and accessories.
  3. Exchange or return cannot be offered for:
    • Gift cards and vouchers
    • Books and stationery
    • Home utilities such as kitchenware, electrical appliances, baskets
    • Furniture and home decoration
    • Promotional products, including purchase-with-purchase (PWP) and sale products
    • Due to hygiene reasons, personal hygiene or intimate products that have been used or have been removed from their original packaging, these include but are not limited to compression garments, incontinence products and aids, clothing products including body/ foot wares, sterile products and wound care products and napkins.
    • Special order products which Wellings Pharmacy does not keep in stock
    • Device & Machinery
    • Loose items in which the products have been repacked
    • Short expiry/ expired products (at least 6 months to the expiry date) which the date has been agreed at the point of transaction
  4. Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, the customer shall pay for the excess; otherwise the no cash refund policy shall apply.
  5. Products purchased in store are not allowed for exchange or return at other branches.
  6. Wellings reserves the right to limit or deny the returns or exchanges.
